Товар бракованный, но продавец его не признает.

Заказал LCD модуль для телефона вот тут

По прибытию:
- тач не работает.
сам дисплей показывает цвета не правильно, вместо черного - местами серый.
- цвета пересечены.
- есть мертвый пиксель.
Все зафоткал, заснял видео в сравнении с оригинальным дисплеем (там трещина на стекле) и отправил продавцу с открытием спора.
Отправлять им не хочу, ибо деньги и гемор, согласился бы даже на небольшой вычет из общей суммы.

НО, продавец не в какую не хочет признавать, что товар его, хотя товар на моих фотографиях такой же, как и на странице описания.
Предлагает щелкнуть некий логотип BQ.
Единственный логотип, который я нашел был на шлейфе, на фото и видео он присутствует. Но продавец говорит не наш это логотип.
Далее он кинул пример, где должен быть логотип:

Вот тут я немного в шоке, ибо я заказывал модуль LCD вместе со средней частью телефона, т.е. экран своей обратной стороной ВКЛЕЕН в среднюю часть, и посмотреть логотип не возможно. О чем естественно ему сообщил.
Но продавец только охает и ахает, "как так вклеен? не может быть!"
Я предложил расклеить модуль, но предупредил, что он скорее всего не будет работать. Дальше ответа продавца я так и не понял.

Он опять мне предлагает ничего не разбирать, сделать опять некий тест, и показать логотип, которого там нету.
Просто не понимаю, что дальше делать? Тем более, судя по его примеру, логотип находится на пленке, которой на собранном модуле уже нету, т.е. даже если я его разберу, его может там не оказаться :(

Hello. I got a LCD display. Unfortunately, it is defective.
The touchscreen is not working. There is no visible damage.
I had to connect a OTG mouse
LCD display shows not correct.
Image of strong light, colors are not true.
In some places it shows gray gradient instead of black color, but not all.
There are dead pixel.
Defects captured in photos, but the eyes of the picture is even worse.
module is not working. Please return the money in full.

Еще немного дурака повключал. Предложил вернуть аж 5 баксов (из 34 по стоимости) Мол дисплей работает и все пучком. Правда добавил, что если отошлю ему модуль, то он вернет всю сумму. На что ответил что тач не пашет и обострил спор.
В общем предложил вернуть 90% стоимости. Так как я отказался отправлять (хотя он в условиях это писал), то считаю что вполне нормально и согласился
