Соглашение с решением арбитража после эскалации диспута

Всем привет
Нужен оперативный ответ по простому вопросу.
Суть:
- заказал
- приехало не то
- открыл диспут с частичным рефандом (5$)
- прод отказался предложил 2$
- я отказался, поправил обратно на 5$ и эскалировал
- саппорт посмотрел и предложил варианты: (1) возврат 58% (5$ как я и хотел); (2) полный рефанд но с отправкой товара обртано

Собственно вопрос, я согласен на (1) но не совсем понятно где это свое согласие выразить так чтоб наверняка.
