регистрация в PAYPAL не была закончена--пришло от них письмо

На следующий день после открытия Палки у нас--попытался зарегистрироваться на PAYPAL. ВВёл в их форму свои данные--дошёл до ввода кредитной карты и остановился. У меня её нет.И я забросил это дело. Сегодня пришло письмо от палки (ИЛИ ЭТО ЛИПА??) вот оно-- Please Restore Your Account Access

В письме указаны --моя фамилия и моя почта. Что это значит?? В английском я не силён--электронный перевод-КРИВОЙ--ещё больше меня запутал. Кстати . Я зарегистрирован на Голандском EBAY И письма от него приходят на голандском языке. А это по английски. Какие мои должны быть действия??

Если акка в ПП нет, чего ты тогда напрягся?

Если начну регистрироваться опять--могут послать??Или сразу заблокируют на проверку??

Просят тебя просто войти под своим именем на сайт Paypal, т.е. залогиниться. Дальнейшие шаги будут указаны уже там, на странице аккаунта. Если не сделаешь, аккаунт могут закрыть.
Имхо письмо подлинное.
1. Есть имя и фамилия;
2. Нет подставных ссылок типа жми сюда, наоборот просят набирать в браузере www.paypal.com;
3. Обратный адрес.

говорят что пока заблокировано, нужно какой то код:
