Все привет.выиграл сканер за 110$+90$ доставка.Пришел разбитый и без шнуров хотя в описании они есть.Был плохо упакован и разбился он в проессе транспатрировки или изначально отправлен такой не знаю. В аукционе разбитая часть не была сфотографирована. После получения выкинул коробку вместе с осколками.Отправил фото разбитого сканера продавцу,он говорил отправляй сканер возмещу стоимость,мне отправлять накладно по ценовым соображениям,работает или нет до сих пор не знаю.Потом начал говорить что на фото не его сканер мол номера не совпадают. Открыл диспут на частичное возмещение,прод перевел его в клайм.
Какие мои шансы выиграть?кто что посоветует?
- Seller: I am having a problem with this dispute for a multiple reasons but I will first start off by saying that I did in fact not place the the cables in the shipping box. That was my oversight but they are here at my home and I told the buyer I would of course ship them at no cost to him . The issues I am having are that I sent the original scanner in perfect condition. Since this is the case I figured the scanner must have been broken in transit so the pieces must be in the box. the buyer sent me photos of the broken scanner which had large plastic pieces missing from it. The buyer said that there were no pieces in the box and that it showed up like that. I found this a little suspicious so I asked him to please send me a picture of the model number on the back, he did and it does match the model number I had typed into Long story short I have a feeling that the scanner that is broken is not the scanner I sent to the buyer . Another thing that is funny is since he has no cables how does he know the scanner does not work? Also why is he asking for a partial refund and to keep the product? If I received a broken scanner I would want to send it back and get a full refund. I offered the buyer the option of sending the scanner back so I could verify it was the same piece I sent him and upon arrival and verification I would then refund his money. I find there are a lot of things fishy about this request.
- Buyer: Good afternoon. Today I received the scanner which bought from you. It was broken and doesn't work. Available there are no cables though in auction on a photo you had them. I ask to return me part of money in order that I could make repair and buy cables. or I can send you back packet sending and I ask from you a full refund. thanks
