Помогите пожалуйста перевести

На en.vancl.com я создал два заказа, первый на 100$, второй на 102.5$.
На следующий день мне приходит письмо:

the credit card owers. We will hold the orders temporarily.Please send a copy of identity card or driver licence or anything else that can prove you are the owner of the paypal . Otherwise, we won't arrange the

Они сказали, что адрес сменился, но адрес который я указывал на ванкл и который указан в палке - совпадают!
Мой ответ:

You seem to something mixed up. Paypal address I have the same!

Их ответ:

Dear customer


Sorry, you order was hold not for the different address, but for the total amount you places were over $200.



Now I will let it pass and it will deliver to you soon

Помогите пожалуйста перевести их последнее письмо. Через несколько переводчиков перевести пробовал - ничего не понятно. :(



В личном кабинете на ванкл у обоих посылок статус Picked up by courier и одной посылке дали трек-номер.
