Оплату получил, айтем отправил, а PP сам case открывает

Оплату получил 12.01, айтем отправил на след день, а Paypal сам case открывает и рекомендует не отправлять айтем.

Что это за новые приколы ?

палке данный перевод показался подозрительным, она требует подтверждений, придется слать документы.. и деньги будут в холде до конца расследования..

тут скорее всего дело в покупателе, который возможно оплачивал с другого айпишника/компа, либо просто он unverified, и к нему у палки есть вопросы.. в самой палке сказано, что она постоянно мониторит все транзакции и время от времени выбирает наиболее сомнительные (на её взгляд) для проверки. если в вашем случае обе стороны адекваты, то проблем возникнуть не должно..

Во втором случае еще под вопросы насчет доказательств отправки.

Ну если с первыми двумя все понятно, интересно, что будет в 3-м и 4 -м случае?

У меня попросили предоставить proof of shipment или proof of refund по факсу или в виде файла.

Я им выслал копию чека. Неделя уже прошла - тишина. Деньги так на холде и висят. Кстати покупатель давным давно уже айтем получил и филбек поставил.

Похоже зря вы это сделали.
Интересно в 1, 3 и 4 случае будет тоже самое?

Эти твари (PP) вернули ему деньги. Хотя он получил айтем - есть позитив от покупателя.

Ничего не остается как поставить warn покупателю как за неполученную оплату.
