Приобрел я iphone 4, в статусе трекинга написано, что доставлено, склад-посредник не получил посылку.

Поступил ответ со склада. Товар не приходил. Вам необходимо выйти на контакт с продавцом-отправителем, которому следует начать разбирательство с почтовой службой FedEx по факту возможной утери посылки.

Ситуация заключается в том, что обращаться в почтовую службу может только отправитель, то есть продавец, у которого Вы выкупали товар. Трекинги всех посылок, приходящих на наш склад, заносятся в нашу систему. Указанного Вами трекинга нет в нашей складской системе, следовательно товар не был доставлен.



Только что отписал продавцу: Hi there, pls can you check still once about my package? Actually I still don't receive it. It very strange cus feedex tracking says it was delivered, but still nothing there. Maybe do you can official request to feedex?

Что обычно делают в таких случаях? Был ли у кого опыт? :sorry:

А разве iPhone для Verizon поддерживает GSM?
Там даже слота для SIM-карты нет.

Посмотрел - не поддерживает и в других сетях не работает.

Сам чип-то поддерживает, но аппарат залочен на Verizon и поэтому работает только в режиме CDMA.

Verizon - это американский CDMA-оператор, собсна под него и выпущена данная разновидность айфона 4. То есть в других странах его можно использовать толька как айпод.

А вот с продавцом вообще засада, он то думает, что вы американец, вся надежда на то, что он говорит, что со своей стороны то же попробует что-то узнать..

I have confirmed with Fedex and Ebay the address that you disclosed.
So,
as i have looked this up on Google Earth this is a Business so I beleive
this is an Issue I need you to
look into on your end. I am not sure what
the whole story is here, Are you even located at this address or Is someone
sending this to you overseas ? There is alot of conflicting information I
am seeing on this end.
I will open an Investigation with Fedex however,
they have already confirmed your address and the location of the package
and what suite which you never disclosed....and who signed for it. I am
uncertain whatelse can be done on this end. If I need to open this
investigation further I will - however, I need other details from you in
order to proceed. This obviously was not a residential delivery. ?

Ok, so here is the situation. I was in the hospital and when i got back i
contacted fedex again to see what they had to say, they said the package
was delivered and there were no issues with the delivery, they delivered 45
packages that day and yours was one of them. I was told by your shipping
company that one of fed ex drivers had been arrested for stealing packages,
and fedex said that was not the truth and that did not happen. This company
you are dealing with told me that they had issues with packages not being
there and someone taking them. I have done all i can do on my end as fedex
said it is not there problem and it was delivered and signed for. I am
going to call your shipping company again on your behalf, but I don't know
what game they are playing with you as I don't get anywhere when I call.
I
honestly think you need to deal with them as you are there customer. From
where I sit, ebay has verified the shipping address and the Company has
verified that there is only one Suite that it could be dropped off to as
they are the only business in that building. I have verified this with the
owner of the building as they are renting this property. I am uncertain at
this point what to do to help you. I will let you know what they say when I
call this am.

I just hung up with your shipping company again, as i told you before I have already opened the investigation with Fedex and they closed it. I am sending you a copy of the details. The shipping company is telling me they do not have it and will not continue to look for it on your end. I can call Verizon and declare the phone stolen if you like so who ever has it cant use it. I am at an end with fedex i did insure it but they will not cover it as it shows delivered. Your shipping company because they did not pay me for it, is refusing to do anything, If I was you I would take it up with them, I have done all I know to do about this. I have every document and verified address and all.
Your ID# that you placed on the package is not a suite number this building does not have a suite # this must be your account number with them. They would not verify this information for me. ??? I am sending you an email now with all the documents from Fedex.

Так и зарегистрирован, я и купил, но посылка не дошла. А в РФ не доставляет продавец, все равно пользоваться услугами склада.
