Аккаунт заблокировали после оплаты товара

нахожусь временно в сша. зарегистрировалась на ебэе, не знала что требуются различные подтверждения. сделала покупки на 600$, расплатилась пайпалом (пайпал кстати был подтвержденный, но не мой).
на следующий день заблокировали аккаунт и на ебэе (Your account is suspended. Users whose accounts are suspended must resolve any outstanding issues. Please resolve all outstanding complaints and try again.) и на пайпале (Your account access is limited.)
не могу связаться с продавцами, писала письма в поддержку на оба сайта, в ответ ничего.

подскажите пожалуйста как получить товары или хотя бы отменить сделки?

У меня похожая ситуация. Вчера оплатила свой первый лот, "buy it now", деньги с карты через PayPal ушли, получила фидбек. Сегодня аккаунт заблокировали. Я так поняла, за то,что у кучи продавцов спросила про отправку в Россию...Пришло письмо, что ставка за тот оплаченный лот отменена. Деньги-то вернут?
