Добрый вечер,
вот пришел мне 2G в бандероли.
Написал продавцу, что по-мимо сильных повреждений, телефон в любом случае не в 'Excellent condition' (это так и есть), как говорит описание лота. Написал все довольно подробно.
На что получил ответ:
"if you have a problem with the condition of the package as it has arrived you need to call the post office. I put $300.00 insurance on the phone and had the postal workers help with packaging. I should have know from the way this sale started that it wasn't a good idea to mail it to you in the first place that is why i put so much insurance on it."
Открыл case в , все раписал.
Пришел ответ, что мол требуется больше информации.
Я описал еще раз все и спросил, какую еще информацию я могу предоставить. Мне ответили, что у вас есть время до 27 ноября договориться с продавцом, а пока кейс не рассматривается.
Вот, что я отвечал в т.п. последний раз:
"I've written about problem with this item, but today I've got an e-mail
with request for more information. I don't know what kind of information
I can provide.
Here is what I already wrote:
Seller sent it in wrapper to Russia from USA, not at least in a small
box. Ofcourse item is hardly damaged, it got dings and distortions
between details and also it got screen crack. I'm very suprised that it
still works. Due to damage ome functions may stop work in any time or
the phone can stop work in any time, because of damaging. Even the phone
wouldn't be damaged it got many scrathes and worn spots. So in any case
the phone not in an excellent condition like seller's auction
description says, and i can't at least say that it is in good condition.
I'm very unsatisfied. I'm asking for total refund."
Посоветуйте, пожалуйста, какие действия следует предпринять, т.к. примерно через неделю пройдет 45 дней со дня покупки.
