Заблокировали аккаунт без внятного объяснения причин.

Вопрос: с чем это связано и как с этим бороться. Единственная причина которая мне приходит в голову после обследования акаунта так это то что у меня

Из за того что много 1-ц и двоек в разделе время доставки. 2.18% вместо положенных двух.
Из за этого могут подвесить аккаунт, и как с этим бороться?
