Вопрос по статусу платежа "Reversed"

В поиске был, информации очень мало.
Дело в следующем, присмотрел лот, начал процесс покупки(стояла немедленная оплата), оплатил, на ебее высветилась ошибка:


А деньги с карты тем не менее сняли, но лот в моих покупках не появился. Написал в саппорт и непосредственно продавцу.
Ебей ответил мне следующее:

For this reason, we strongly advise that you coordinate with our partners in PayPal since they are authorized to view your account and are trained to assist members on these types of issues.

Затем ответил продавец, что он получил деньги. Я предложил убрать функцию немедленной оплаты, чтобы я смог добавить лот в мои покупки, через бай ит нау и отметить как уже оплаченное. Ок, все сделали. Затем продавец пишет, чтобы я попытался оплатить еще раз на следующий день.
Я в недоумении переспрашиваю, мол как же так, на что он отвечает что "transaction was denied or cancelled by eBay. It should say Reversed or Denied in your PayPal.".
Захожу в палку и действительно, в поле "Payment status" у платежа стоит "Reversed".
Впервые сталкиваюсь с подобным. Это значит что платеж был возвращен? Что такое рефанд я знаю. А вот Reversed? Волнует вопрос денег, сумма достаточно приличная, они упадут на счет карты и в какие сроки?

upd. пользовал гугл для поиска, хотя поисковик по форуму нашел больше информации. Думаю тему можно удалять.

Reversed вроде как "отмена платежа", а скорость возврата зависит от банка. Может через неделю, может через месяц.

И еще один вопрос, уже по другому платежу.
Заказывал несколько вещей на зиму с OpticsPlanet.com. Одной куртки нет в наличии, попросил отправить остальное, а за куртку вернуть деньги. Прислали мессадж:

Статус платежа в палке Expired. На карту эти деньги не возвращались.
Собственно что значит истекший платеж и почему он истёк?
