странное ограничение от PayPal

Сначало неожидано пришло вот такое письмо:

As a security measure, we regularly screen PayPal activity. Recently, we
noticed a problem with your account.

We have reason to believe that your account was accessed by a third party.
We have limited access to sensitive PayPal account features in case your
account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party. We understand
that having limited access can be an inconvenience, but protecting your
account is our primary concern.

Case ID Number: PP-718-048-009

We've limited access to your account temporarily. We'll review the
limitation once you respond with the information we've requested.

To respond and remove the limitation, go to the Resolution Center. If you'd
like clarification on the limitation, please let us know by going to the
Help Center and clicking Contact Us.

Thank you for helping to resolve this problem

Я отослал им мылом все что они просили.
И следуйщим пришло вот это письмо:

We have reviewed your PayPal Account, and due to the excessive risk
involved, we would like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least
disruptive to your business.

И после него, на все мои вапросы они отвичали одним и тем же:

Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your concerns regarding
the limitation on your paypal account Case I.D PP-718-048-009. I am happy
to assist you further.

After my rveiew of your account i can see the limitation in question, i
regret to advise you this limitation will not be removed from your account
as we have reviewed your PayPal Account, and due to the excessive risk
involved, we would like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least
disruptive to your business. I sincerely apoligsie for any inconveiance
this matter has caused.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.


Я написал им что хотел бы узнать причины такого ограничения, но чуствую они ответят тем же.

Подскажите, что могло послужить причиной и как следует поступать дальше. Т.к. с ибэя я уходить скоро я не собираюсь.

Thank you for responding to us.

I have reviewed your account and it shows that PayPal are holding funds on
your behalf. Regrettably it is a necessity that these funds be held for a
minimum period of 180 days; however I am happy to explain the reasoning
behind this hold.

As you are already aware, PayPal is a financial institute and as such there
are certain risks that, as a business, we need to make sure are minimised
for the benefits of both the business and all PayPal customers. I would
like to add that we have no intention of retaining these funds for any
period of time longer than the necessary 180 days.

Some of the risks that your PayPal account holds for PayPal are the risk of
chargeback’s and Buyer Claims. These risks cannot be foreseen and thus
PayPal must take protective measures to avoid any loss to PayPal. As you
may already be aware, the timeframe that credit card companies allow for
chargeback’s to be issued is 180 days after the initial transaction. It is
this 180 days that PayPal have based our policy around. If we were to allow
for all the funds to be removed from your account and a chargeback was
issued, PayPal would, by law, have to pay this chargeback from our own
account. As you can imagine, this would potentially open up PayPal systems
to abuse from unscrupulous individuals. We are not in a position whereby we
could make a judgement call on each case and it is imperative to PayPal
that we treat every account equally. As such we have written into our user
agreement that if any situation arises where PayPal would prefer to end our
business partnership, we have the right to protect ourselves against any
risks.

As we make a point of treating each customer equally, it is with regret
that we will not be able to remove this limitation until the 180 day
threshold has expired. Once this has expired PayPal will contact you in
order that we may return your funds to you as quickly as possible.

When PayPal limits access to a PayPal account due to an excessive number of
buyer disputes or the risk inherent in the product being sold, it is
PayPal's policy to hold the funds for a period of 180 days. Once the
180-day timeframe has elapsed, PayPal will release the funds, less any
buyer claims or chargebacks that have been paid out of the account.

Because your PayPal account has been limited for 180 days or more, we are
contacting you in order to release your account balance.

In order for the funds to be released, you will need to have a bank account
listed on your PayPal account. If your funds to be released exceed your
total withdrawal limit then you will need to lift the withdraw limit by
following the steps below:

1. Click the View Limits link next to the Balance Information box on the
Account Overview page.
2. Click the 'Lift this limit' link.
3. Complete the steps on the To Do list to lift your Withdrawal Limit.

To withdraw funds to a Bank Account:

1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click "Withdraw" at the top of the page.
3. Click 'Withdraw funds to your bank account'.
4. Select the bank account to withdraw funds to.
5. Enter the amount and click 'Continue'.
6. Click 'Submit'.

Once the bank transfer is initiated, please allow up to 5 working days for
the funds to credit your bank account.

I realise that this is not the outcome you would have wished for and I know
it may not meet with your approval but I do hope you will understand that
this decision was made in accordance with our company policy. While I
cannot change this I will make sure you objection is duly recorded. PayPal
have abided by its User Agreement and polices and have confirmed with all
associated laws to the best of our ability and will obviously continue to
do so. Unfortunately, at this time you will not be able to continue to use
the PayPal system for your business purposes. We at PayPal wish you good
fortune in your business endeavours. I would also like to take this
opportunity to thank you for your co-operation with our ongoing
investigation and regret that we were not able to come to a workable
solution.

В том то и дело что это самый верифаеный акаунт.
Все левые я после я давно позакрывал... ну кроме одного, на нем блок повесили.

А у тя такое было?

Все левые я после я давно позакрывал... ну кроме одного, на нем блок повесили.
Ваш самый настоящий и верифаенный закрыли за связь с левыми, которые были до этого.
Способы жить дальше? Читайте форум, неоднократно описывалось. В кратце - это регистрировать акк на другого (реального) человека, а так же смена браузеров, желательно диапазона ip (то биш провайдера), ну а для пущей надежности и компа (или некоторых железок из него). И никак не выдавать связь нового акка со старым заблоченным.
А торговать конечно же через посредников.

Т.е. открыть кредитку на жену в новом банке и сделать на базе этого новый счет в Палке!?
А имеет значение валюта этой крточки? Обязателен ли доллар?
