Подскажите пожалуйста!
Хотел приобрести товар с доставкой по адресу в США. По совету включил дополнительно американский адрес в свой аккаунт и при калькуляции стоимости указываю его в “shipping address”, но PayPal блокирует оплату и сообщает следующее: “Paypal does not allow your country of residence to ship to the country you wish to”. Обращаюсь в Paypal и получаю следующий ответ “at the time of completing the payment you may add a foreign shipping address to your account and use this address for shipping when you complete the payment. In this regards, you are advised to login to your account and add your foreign shipping address here before completing the payment in question. Т.е.все вроде делал правильно.
Контактирую продавца и получаю ответ: We would like to inform you that your PayPal account must be a US account, not international. We are unable to accept payments from international credit cards through our PayPal account.
For security purposes, both the billing address and the shipping address have to be within the 48 Continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska. You must also use a verified PayPal and/or confirmed ship to address.
Если я правильно понял на есть продавцы которые не принимают оплату от не резидентов США, как например Интернет магазины Apple или Dell?
