В общем после того как ждал посылкус Гонг Конга 40 дней ( экран на телефон, 8$) написал продавцу чтоб он сделал возврат средст, так как с разбитым екраном пользоваться телефоном еще 40 дней пока придет новая посылка я не хочу, в ответ получил такое сообщение:
Thank you for your time.
Sorry for all inconvenience to you.
We will refund to you asap, please wait for a little longer.You can check your account after 12 hours.
When you come back, if you still need anything, please inform us, we will give you a best price.
Have a nice day!
А потом еще такое:
Thanks for your time.
We have reimbursed your PayPal account through with the Unique Transaction ID *****************, you can check it later.
And we've left positive feedback to you. Also your review will be highly appreciated.
For it, we've sent you a cancel transaction request. And you just need to check your Message and accept the cancellation.
Hope we can do business again in the future.
После чего пришло сообщение от ебей:

Что значит выше синяя фраза?Если я отменю тразакцию я не получу денег?Или какие негативные последствия будут от этого?

Что делать в данной ситуации, так как до этого сталкивался только с одним автоматическим рефаундом без моего участия с желания продавца?
