Все так же. Диспут эскалировал, жду ответа администрации. Продавец упорно утверждает что договорился со мной о возмещении через 60 РАБОЧИХ, а не календарных дней. Я раньше не видел столь тупого и наглого узкопленочного.

У меня такой же статус висит с 22 сентября, причем сама посылка была отправлена 19 сентября. Продавец написал что специально выбрал этот способ доставки, так как он самый быстрый. Получается же ровно наоборот - в сравнении с обычной китайской, гонконгской или сингапурской почтой это очень медленный способ доставки. У меня еще не было ни одной посылки у которой статус не обновлялся бы так долго.

Пилю отчет. 24 июля купил у вышеуказанного продавца два телефона - THL T100S и iOcean X7HD. За потраченные 415$ попросил (ни на что впрочем не рассчитывая) в подарок hard case для Океана за 8$. Продавец мне прислал ссылку на лот. Не очень и хотелось. 27 числа продавец поставил отметку об отправке, 29 выслал фактически. Посылка шла-шла, и дошла.. до пункта NLAMSA. Здесь и начинается наша история...
Все дело вот в чем. Найдите на картинках одно отличие:

Hi, friend! I check my local post office, also iwrite some letters and call into: Custom, international sorting facilities, main Post office and Roskomnadzor. All control organizations say me in one voice: parcel not registered on Russia territory, and they nothing cannot do, because parcel still on PostNL office. I send you screenshot from official Russian post site - I know that is not your fault, and you can reject my petition before 60 days end, you in your own rights. But i appeal refund my money. I can't wait anymore, and I can't order new before you refund me. We can do our dispute in next way:
1) You start investigation with your carrier, because only you can do this. Start insurance pay.
2) Refund me money. I close dispute, give you positive 5-star rating on both phones, and reorder phones in your shop.
3) We keep contact about both parcels, and I help you as I can.
4) When (if?) first parcel came to me I decline acceptance. You can see it on track info. Parcel returned to you. You can disbelive me, but I do business honest. I hope we can come to terms. Wait your answer, friend!

И вот, 24 числа я открыл диспут снова. За это время были получены ответы отовсюду, и свелись они к тому, что ни ФТС, ни Минкомсвязи сделать ничего не могут, может только Почта, которая ответила мне тем, что документы от китайца получены не правильные. От продавца тоже ничего хорошего не последовало. Теперь, к тому что посылка в России, прибавился мой с продавцом договор о возврате денег через 60 РАБОЧИХ(!), а не календарных дней. А это 21 октября, на секундочку! Я с ним ни о чём таком не говорил, в публичной офферте у прода нет ни слова о сроках возврата, а на шильдике защиты написано просто 60 days без уточнения. Такой расклад меня не устроил, и 27 числа, как только стала доступна кнопка, я диспут эскалировал.
Ниже простыня диспута:

Seller boost up time without my agreements. And he promise deliver both phones in this period. But now I haven't phones and money. And seller protract time by reason which I don't understand. I want my money back after 60 calender days, as promised by seller, and stopping beat around bush.

Из личного опыта могу сказать(а опыт пусть небольшой, но есть, на под 100 покупок, на более 150), что если продавец сразу не пошел навстречу, то он будет по максимуму тянуть время. Поэтому, как только появляется возможность сделать Escalate Dispute, нужно это делать. Хотя это не сильно ускорит решение спора, но у продавца будет меньше возможностей тянуть время. Сам сейчас нахожусь в "процессе". Экспорт был 54 дня назад, импорта нет до сих пор. Продавец

До этого посылки 4 нормально дошли, в течении месяца. Телефоны. Кстати, этот продавец, впрочем как многие другие, стал подторговывать восстановленными телефонами под видом новых. Так что не рекомендую, испортился.
