Вопрос ...очень прост...закрывали аккаунты....не раз.....а теперь пришло что то новенькое....


Секция 9-это уже полный конеец????? Ни о каком восстановлении речи и не идет да ????

Due to the suspension of this account, please be advised you
are prohibited from using eBay in any way. This includes the
registering of a new account.

Please note that any seller fees due to eBay will
immediately become due and payable. eBay will charge any
amounts you have not previously disputed to the billing
method currently on file.

Особенности суспенда по 9-му пункту уже обсуждались, Поищите в поиске. И вовсе это не конец, часто решается после высылки на адрес Ebay соответствующих документов, удостоверяющих вашу личность (чаще всего суспенд по этой статье происходит из-за каких-либо разночтений в ваших регистрационных данных).
Если вас суспендили и раньше, то процедура восстановления акка должна быть вам хорошо известна.
