Помогите разобраться первый раз буду отправлять назад фейковый товар.

В case details следующая инфа:

Пишут что надо вернуть но в то же время "You don't need to do anything else." и указан какой-то трек-номер! Что это значит?

When an item arrives differently than it was described in a listing, it can create a very frustrating experience and I can appreciate your concern for this matter.

After reviewing the case, we have decided to have you return the item to the seller for a full refund. This means you will be refunded the cost of the item and the original postage. Generally, in these cases when a buyer has to return an item to a seller the cost of the return is something which is worked out between the parties involved but in this case we have issued you a pre-paid postage label which you can use to return this item to the seller.

We ask that you print the attached postage label and bring it along with your item to your local post office within the next 5 days. From there Parcel Force will collect the parcel and deliver it back to the seller. Please also ensure that you retain your proof of posting certificate should it be needed.

To allow us to verify the return I have already added your tracking number to the case. Once you have posted your item your Parcel Force tracking number will update and will allow us to verify when the seller has received the Parcel.

Accept conditions of carriage (which have already been accepted online)<Enter>
A summary is displayed <enter> to confirm
<Tab> Enter building name/number details <Enter>
Select the correct address from the list shown<Enter>
Scan the Parcelforce Worldwide barcode on the item.
If the barcode fails to scan you must enter it manually into the system
Select Enter, and a zero value transaction will appear in the basket
-Settle the basket in the usual way and hand the Certificate
of Posting to the customer.

На сколько я понял, тут говориться, что должно быть вложение pdf с "pre-paid postage label" которое нужно распечатать и приложить к посылке, но его нету!(( Смотрел с почтового ящика, как они и рекомендуют. Кто сталкивался?
