Купил пальто 19 августа,продавец дал трек номер и написал,что дескать на почте большая загрузка и проверить трек онлайн смогу через некоторое время.

Согласна, за последние 20 дней у меня порядка 15 заказов и всё трекается в течение суток после анонсирования отправки и за 4-5 дней уже вылетает ко мне, забыл он про вас точно.
