Оказывается, что нельзя покупать на ebay, если ты не из США!

Короче вот суть ситуации.
Зарегался на ebay.com
Когда пытался совершить покупку на сайте - пришло письмо, что надо подтвердить свой счет по телефону. По телефону никто не позвонил.
Связался из онлайн-поддержкой.
Вот что мне пишут:

Для тех, кто не знает английского, вкратце объясню. Поддержка аргументировала, что поскольку я не резидент США, то и покупать не могу. Мои ссылки на политику ebay.com никак не комментировались.

Короче, не смог этот человек мне помочь и переключил меня на Account Security Live Help.

Эта служба меня приятно удивила и очень быстро все решила.
Эту тему создал, потому, что, возможно, кто-то тоже столкнется с этой проблемой.

уже 2 дня общаюсь с поддержкой. Говорят, что все в порядке с моим счетом. А вот как только пытаюсь что-то купить - просят верифицироваться по телефону.
Кликаю Phone Call - звонка нет. Указывал и мобильный и домашний телефон. Не помогает.
Продавать могу спокойно, а вот покупать - увы...

Мда... вы не поверите, но вчера после 3 дней упорного оббивания порогов Лив Хелп, я наконец решил свою проблему.
3 часа в чате из поддержкой ибей - можно было сойти с ума. Никто толком не понимал, в чем проблема: счет чист, продавать могу, а вот на покупку - блокирует.
Я общался со всеми возможными службами поддержки. Они только перекидывали меня от одной к другой.
Но после 3 часов наконец все решил.
Насколько я понял главный вопрос был в том, что я заходил на ибей с разных компьютеров.
Я покупаю из дома и также из офиса. В этом и была проблема...
Короче, из этого я понял одно: поддержка на ибей очень доброжелательная и действительно пытается помочь. Главное быть упорным в своем желании решить проблему и уверенным, что ничего не нарушал.
