Заблокировали учётку регион Россия, я так понимаю после жалобы недовольного клиента, просят подтвердить адрес и происхождение товаров. Отсылал им платежку за свет с адресом как в аккаунте и выписку с карты о покупке товаром, им не понравилось. Страницу регистрации из паспорта не могу скинуть, не тот адрес там. Так же в основном товары на продажу приобретаю на авито и за наличку, следовательно не знаю как подтвердить происхождение товаров документально. Подскажите, пожалуйста, какие документы их могут устроить? Спасибо
@fedkonstov добрый день. От одной жалобы клиента учетки не блокируют. Явно были еще события на которые вы, скорее всего, не обратили внимания. Перешлите пожалуйста ссылку на ваш аккаунт (eBay user id) и письмо по блокировке полностью, чтобы можно было попробовать разобраться в произошедшем.

Продаю цифровые товары, понимаю что это запрещено политикой , но вижу очень много пользователей которые продают такие товары не первый год, хотелось бы узнать как максимально сократить риски блокировки

Добрый день. Большое спасибо за все приведенные детали. Судя по вашему аккаунту вы неоднократно нарушали правила площадки, у вас были споры от покупателей и несколько жалоб. Не совсем только понятна одна деталь, как вы покупаете товар, что у вас уже был продан, на авито, за наличку. Это я бы службе поддержки точно не говорил, так как есть большой шанс того, что в данную версию они не поверят.
