paypal зарегистрирован на страну Кипр в 2015 пользовался все ок, тут потребовали Proof of Address отправил, они прислали

3. In the 'Address' section, under the address you'd like to update click 'Edit'. Make the necessary changes and click 'Change Address'.
If you've a business account:
1. Go to and log in to your account.
2. Click the Profile icon at the top of the page, then select 'Profile and Settings' from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on 'Update' beside 'Address'.
What is a valid proof of address?
We accept a copy of:
- Utility bills (phone and broadband services, health insurance, gas, water, electricity, etc.)
- Bank or credit card statements
- Your driving licence. (Note: We can only accept a driving licence if: it shows your address, it's been issued within the last 12 months, and it's accompanied by another valid government-issued photo ID)
- Your printed payslip.
We do not accept:
- Invoices
- Partial Documents.
Please note: The document must show your full name and address as registered on the PayPal account. The document cannot be older than 12 months and should be fully legible.
Once you've completed these steps and provided any additional information we may need, your case will be reviewed by one of our Account Specialists. We'll send you an email with the outcome of the review.
If you can't complete these steps, click 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page to get more information or to contact Customer Service.
