When an Amazon Now customer starts shopping for my Whole Foods order, a chat window appears. Replacement confirmation windows appear in this chat, and if I reject the item, I will write a replacement for them or sometimes “just refund the missing items”, but they will continue to make replacements as if they had not read the message. In addition, I never received a confirmation answer, as I almost always do with Instacart customers. Do customers really see the text messages I send in the app now?
