Добрый день, возникла проблема при покупке а именно оплате товара на 6pm с карты дебитовой Украины.

I do apologize for any confusion regarding your order 111-7824298-5302653. The order was stopped by our system for a random security review. To complete the verification process, we are asking for a billing statement from the bank for this payment method.
To clarify what we are asking for, is the statement from the bank or credit card company associated with the payment method used to place the order showing recent transactions, along with your name, phone number, and the email address registered to your account. If you do not receive paper statements at your residence, you should be able to print out a copy of your most recent statement through an online banking account.
If you do not have immediate access to a fax machine, we recommend using online fax services: We notice most of our international clients choose to use free, e-fax services. They're easy to find and use: upload your images, and fax them digitally.
