На днях получил письмо от moreinfo@ebay.com, прочитал , понял, в общих чертах, только не понял какие могут быть приняты меры. Подскажите, привожу текст письма:

- Unwelcome Buyer - Bidding or buying in violation of the terms set forth by a seller in his or
her listing description.
Situations in which bidding or buying is not allowed because the buyer doesn't meet the
seller's listing terms include:
- The seller states that he or she will ship to a specific area only and the buyer is outside
the stated shipping area.
- The seller states that he or she will not enter into a transaction with members who have
negative feedback.
