Нарвался на интересную покупку. Покупал обычные трусы на 52-54 размер XXL в результате пришли трусы с поясом 32 см (мне надо 52-52), т.е. мягко говоря маловаты....
Продавец борзо ответил, что на листе с продажами есть указание, что размер НЕ СООТВЕСТВУЕТ и может быть мал, и если не хочешь - не покупай. При этом в выборе размеров изначально стоял размер Xl или XXL, т.е. стандартные размеры, нашивка на трусах XXL, о надписи Келвин Кляйн и говорить не приходится - явно "Оригинал".
Таким образом Продавец может выслать Вам вместо любого выставленного товара - кирпичь, если укажет в описании лота "товар может отличаться от заявленного, если не нравиться и не хотите, то не покупайте"

Странное предупреждение. На той же картинке указано что обхват по талии может быть 86 см. что где то близко к истине. Ну да, написано, что если Вы не согласны с тем, что размер может быть чуть меньше, не покупайте. Но в тоже время есть картинка, которая показывает реальные размеры. Имхо, тут пободаться можно в диспуте.
