)Здравствуйте.
Не знаю куда можно написать, если открыл тему не там,прошу модераторов перенести.
Девушка заказала косметику MAC на офф.сайте, но вышло так что пришлось отменить заказ,
т.к.когда пришло сообщение на мейл-оказалось,что была допущена ошибка в адресе.
Но деньги были сняты...
Написал в поддержку,пришло такое письмо

As per your request, we have cancelled your MAC Cosmetics Online order # 20****0469. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

This authorization holds the funds until the order is shipped and billed. If the order is cancelled, the funds are released by the bank. (Т.е.пишут,что деньги вернутся в течении семи дней)
Прошло 2 недели, деньги не пришли,отправил сообщение:
"Hello!
I canceled the order and wrote "When refund the money to credit card?".
You said that within 7 days.
It took 14 days, the money does not come ... Because of what such a delay?"
(Прошло не 7,а 14 дней.Где деньги?)
В ответ пришло:
"Thank you for taking the time to email us at MAC Cosmetics Online.
We are happy to assist you by contacting your bank regarding releasing the authorization hold funds. To ensure the security of your personal information, we kindly request that you provide us with a fax number for your bank in which we can send them the proper documentation. Upon receipt of the fax number, we will send a fax notification to your bank requesting the release of the authorization hold.
We look forward to hearing from you and resolving this matter to your complete satisfaction. Thank you for this opportunity to address your concerns.

Но мы указывали адрес посредника и карту российского банка, а здесь мне предлагают написать факс банка.Зачем?
И как действовать дальше?Хотелось бы получить деньги,т.к. цена вопроса ок. 100$
