"We Generally don't ship to Russia, except you fully understand and agree with the shipping risk.
Russian customs has weird/ strict import policy. It's very easy to reject (and send it back to us)to import to Russia. If we don't put any billing invoice with the package, they will reject to release it to you. If we declare more than $ 99 USD, they charge you high import tax. So we usually will put $10 USD only
If they invest your package, Russian customs will contact you to request tax
And as our experience, I would say, they invest almost every package usually too), so you need to make sure you do reply customs contact.
