СУСПЕНД по FPA NOTICE B001: eBay Registration Suspension

Тут на форуме уже много обсуждалось о суспендах аккаунтов, но все темы были о других кодировках суспендов (FIP, секция 9 и т.д.), но я к сожалению так и не нашел ни чего по кодировке FPA, и поэтому я думаю это тоже будет многим интересно и я создал отдельную тему. Немного предистории:
У меня один аккаунт для продаж, работаю с ним больше чем полтора года, тут решил себе открыть еще один аккаунт для продаж другой тематики. Открыл его на тоже имя и на туже кредитку, только мыло другое. На новом акке даже еще ни чего не выставлял, как через две недели и старый акк и новый прикрыли. Тема письма от eBay: "FPA NOTICE B001: eBay Registration Suspension" и в том и другом акке. Почитав письма я понял, что они меня связали с другим юзером америкосом.

ВОТ ТЕКСТ ПИСЬМА:

We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended due to its association with the following previously suspended member(s):

Due to the suspension of this account, please be advised you are prohibited from using eBay in any way including registering a new account. Also, please note that any seller fees due to eBay will immediately become due and payable. eBay will charge any amounts you have not previously disputed to the billing method currently on file.

In order for your account to be considered for reinstatement, please complete all of the steps outlined below:

1. Read eBay's User Agreement.


2. Provide information by fax that will allow us to confirm your identity, review current business practices, and verify that you have read and that you understand the eBay User Agreement.

Please send all of the following:

- A legible copy of the front and back of your driver's license or other government issued ID.
- A copy of a recent credit card statement clearly showing the first and last 4 digits of the card number and your billing address as proof of your registration information.
- A sample of invoices or any other documentation showing purchase or possession of items listed for sale prior to your account suspension (if applicable). This includes purchase records and related documentation from suppliers and/or other third parties.
- A signed statement acknowledging that you have read and that you understand the eBay User Agreement.

Make sure to include your name and User ID on any documents.

3. Resolve any issues related to the suspension of the associated registration.

Information related to the suspension of the associated account can be obtained by replying to the suspension notice that was sent to that account. If you or the associated user does not have access to the suspension notice, information can also be obtained by logging in to the account and contacting us from our Suspended Account Information page. To access the Suspended Account Information page:

- Click on the Help link located at the top of most eBay pages
- When the Help window appears, select the following topics:

My Account > Suspended Account

- From the Suspended Account Information page, click on the "contact us" link and follow the instructions provided.

If there is reason that your account should not have been associated with the user(s) cited above, please complete steps 1 and 2 as outlined in this message and include a brief explanation of the situation. Please be aware that if the information submitted indicates that you are associated with the suspended user, your account will not be considered for reinstatement until all of the conditions outlined in this message have been met.

After you have faxed the requested information, please send a brief message stating that the information has been sent. Reviewing this information may take as many as 2 business days, after which you will be contacted by email. Contacting us during the review period to inquire about the status of your account will result in delays.

В принципе я во всем разобрался, но здесь нету ссылки на форму для заполнения моих данных и моей подписи. Вот что меня сильно озадачило, так как все нужные доки я уже подготовил, только не могу найти эту форму. Я нашел тут на форуме ссылки на формы, но они не по FPA. И еще что меня удивило, они требуют скан кредитки, вот про это я тут на форуме не слышал, у меня то Visa Classic и с этим все в порядке, а что делать у кого Visa Internet. Пожалуйста выручайти, а то сколько писем в eBay супорт писал все бесмысленно, забили на меня, в чате с ними только и трендят, напишите в супорт да напишите, обязательно ответем. Они наверное видят что я с Узбекистана так сразу от комьютера бегут, если они с России и Украины игнорируют, то что тут говорить про меня

Насколько я понимаю, хотят они не скан кредитки, а выписку по счету или что-то подобное, где были бы указаны последние 4 цифры карты и адрес.
Зачем пункт №3 - я, честно говоря, не понял. Да и сомневаюсь, что многие хранят чеки и квитанции на товар, который продают.
Может быть, покатит и без этого, тем более, что там есть оговорка ("в случае, если это применимо").
Странно, что не указали ссылки на готовую форму по пункту №4, похоже можно просто в свободной форме написать, что eBay User Agreement ты прочитал и принимаешь, и подпись с датой

Вообще, на контакт они идут, номер факса они дали, так что проблем не должно быть.

Мы для них на одно лицо. Сейчас у них завал работы - предрождественские продажи, поэтому и тянут, но у меня в прошлом году тянули больше месяца, не боись, прорвешься.
