Обостренный спор на Али

Срочно!!! подскажите пожалуйста, открыла спор.. с продавцом не договорились, администрация Али выдвинула два решение о возврате товара и частичный возврат, вернула товар продавцу, по истечению 30 дней товар до продавца не дошел, спор обострился (спор обострён – рассмотрение¬ ), пришло вот такое письмо:

Please note that if we do not receive any documents in support of your case from you within a given period, we may proceed to take actions based on the evidence provided by the supplier. If the status of this claim is Awaiting the other party's response or Processing, please be patient. We promise to proceed with your claim in a timely manner.
We typically deal with complaints in the following ways:
1) If the supplier claims that a returned order has not been received, we will ask you to provide the shipping invoice or other relevant certificates from the shipping company.
2) If the supplier claims that the items returned are different from the items as described on the order, we will ask the supplier to provide evidence such as pictures and videos.
3) If the supplier claims that you did not return the full quantity of the order, we will ask the supplier to provide the shipping invoice (including the weight of the item shipped) other relevant evidence.
NOTE:
1. Please provide real evidence. Forged or edited evidence will work against you.
2. All evidence is to be uploaded in electronic format. Offline evidence is not accepted.
3. Please note that we will not send out reminders to collect evidence from either party. However we will answer any questions either party may have.
