Ничего серьезного. Тебе этот юзер что-то предлагал вне ибай, возможно это был просто спам, а eBay тебя предупреждает что транзакции вне eBay небезопасны.

Вроде бы я пользуюсь ПП, но через посредника и с Resolution Center никак не связана...и последнее время, дня два не могу создавать новые листинги, когда он почти готов, выдается сервер не найден...это письмо от ПП не влияет на это?

Вот такая проблема. Зарегистрирован аккаунт на Ирландии. На ирландской площадке торговать позволяет, но При попытке выставиться на других площадках пишет вот такое предупреждение:
