Недавно сделал заказ в этом магазине. Перед этим был зарегистрирован на ebaytoday.ru
Там выбрал услугу "mail forwarding". В условиях предоставления данной услуги есть замечания, одно из них -
"При услуге мэйл форвардинг (Mail Forwarding) категорически запрещено:
- использовать адрес склада как billing address;"
В магазине при оформлении заказа 2 поля billing inf и shipping inf
в первом я написал свой реальный адрес в россии, (чтобы совпадало с карточкой) во втором предоставленный сайтом ebaytoday американский адрес склада посредника.
Единственное что было указано не правильно: это страна в первом поле, я указал Китай. Почему? в выпадающем списке не было России, поставил первое попавшееся.
После завершения заказа и оплаты, на следующий день приходит письмо вот такого содержания:

" PROBOARDSHOP ORDER (тут номер моего заказа)
CALL 1-866-243-6932 ASAP TO GET YOUR ORDER SHIPPED!!!


Unfortunately, we are unable to ship your order due to a problem with the credit card information you submitted with your order.

Please take a moment to review the information below to verify if the billing information we have for you is correct:

Paid with a Visa ending with the last four digits of (тут последние цифры карты) that expires 11/14

Что мне им ответить?
Подскажите пожалуйста

На их сайте я нашел,что если адрес доставки отличается от платежного то заказ могут задержать,пока компания вас не проверит.
В письме выше просят позвонить для уточнения информации.
