Go to youtube and type the data.( instructional video ) That is where you'll get help setting up and understanding the watch! ♥ It's very simple - the watch! I received the watch and it looks great tells the time but no instructions what so ever. I have tried to figure it out with no luck. This watch came from China no way of getting instructions on how to operate it. Never buy anything direct from China you will regret it.
