Добрый день !
Купил я телефон телефон пришел б.у. и симки не поределяются, фейк какойто. Я написал продавцу об этом он меня замучил разговорами о том чтоб я сдал его в ремонт здесь и переживает что дорого пересылать назад. Я написал что мне не важно сколько стоит пересыл назад давайте адрес я вышлю и все. Он продалжает тянуть уговаривает, достал и не сообщает адрес. Я инициировал возврат там все описал и приложил фото, он написал какуюто ерунду, типа отнеси в сервис нам очень жаль и т.п.
В прошлвый раз когда я открывал такой диспут там сразу рпедоставили его адрес и сроки отправки товара и т.п.
Сейчас же одни разговоры, что я делаю не так ?
Как принудить его дать адрес и выслать телефон назад, чтобы сделать все грамртно ?

Thanks for your communication and Sorry for this troubling issue. We know it's not honest to send out defective products. So our manufacturer did strictly test our products before sending them out. However, such products are easily damaged on the way or there may be compatibility problem. If it's possible to check and repair in your local shop and we will cover the fee if it doesn't cost too much. Actually we did test it before sending out. As we can’t see the problem, it is hard for us to give better advice.We want to solve the problem to save time for both of us and your understanding on this matter is much appreciated.
