добрый день, проблема такова:
Заказала часы 199$ (+46$ доставка)доставка из сша в Россию ( Москва), на выбор было два вида доставки приорити и экспресс, оплатила экспрессом, 9 марта посылка отправлена с трек номером вида CW..........US, на сайте USPS вижу путь, 18 марта уже попала на сортировочный центр в Россию, а 20 марта вроде как прошла таможню. Но до сих пор не могу отследить на почте России. Задала вопрос продавцу, правильный ли номер и почему если это экспресс доставка трек номер не выглядит так E.........US, на что он ответил
Hi hope all is well. Yes the tracking number is correct. The tracking number for express does start with E....US. On they cut out the option for Express and Priority to Russia. If we would have sent it through then we would have had to use first class and with that we could not have tracked it at all. We had to then take it in person to USPS. USPS would not allow us to send watches via Express Mail International as it came up as a warning for Russia. We could only send it via Priority. We have sent quite many packages to Russia using Priority International. We have been able to track it all the way and they have been delivered to their destinations. The CW59.......US number will show delivered on the tracking once it has reached you on our end. Sorry for not giving you an update about it. It shows that the package had cleared the customs on March 20th. Give it a day or two and lets see what happens. We will also give it a day or to and then call USPS if needed. Do not worry the package should arrive to you very soon. We are here with you so if you have any questions please let us know. We are going to see if USPS can tell us the mailing service they turn it over to once it reaches Russia, usually they can not specify and tell us that even when using Express Mail International for other countries. Please advise and take care.
В общем я поняла что отправил он приорити а не экспрессом за который я заплатила? И почему на сайте USPS написано что посылка express mail international? И если кому не сложно в двух словах перевести ответ продавца, я в общем поняла но вдруг что то не правильно. последнее что видно на сайте USPS это сообщение attempted delivery abroad 22 марта. Если кто поможет разобраться буду рада, спасибо
