Заказал у одного корейского селлера набор, два комплекта стальных ложек и палочек.
Выиграл дешево.

И тут началось странное.

Сначала написал, что товар попорчен и отправить не может

Мне вот интересно, если продавец действительно бедный, зачем ему на ebay. Верить ему или нет? Отменить я не смогу, просто подскажу, как сделать рефанд. Но что-то меня смущает...

прочитал вот такую цитату , возможно продавцы боятся слать
На сегодня, корейские продавцы прекратили отправку заказов в Россию — они разбираются уже с Почтой России. На предмет чего? Почта России потенциально может выплатить почтовому оператору Кореи мизерную компенсацию, которая не покроет потери корейского отправителя (продавца). А корейский продавец будет требовать от своей почты возмещение, потому как эти деньги затребует у него русский покупатель, оставшийся без товара.

не надо нейтраль .. не думаю что прод пожалел ложки. просто отмена и все прод в нейтрале просто допишет виной Почта России
