Продавец тянет время и не возвращает деньги. Что делать?
Заказал б.у 4с, продавец сказал после оплаты, что вышлет в том случае, если я доплачу 180 баксов. Я конечно же отказался и попросил вернуть деньги. Прошла неделя, а денег так и нет.

прод делает отмену и возврат, тебе приходят письма что сделан возврат на палку, на карту вернуться дня через два три, если возврат на палку есть и статус выполнено, то подтверждаешь отмену, и ждешь когда деньги упадут на карту
