Такая ситуация:
Выиграл лот
Основной адрес доставки в ебее стоит , думаю дай спишусь с продавцом может согласится за денежку отослать сразу в Россию на основной пейпаловский адрес. Написал ему пару писем, в ответ тишина. Время платежа неумолимо подходит. Думаю может отменить сделку попробовать.
Решил помучать саппорт по вопросу что делать в таких случаях. Ибо платить стремновато, если прод жив то ответил бы давно.
Что удалось выяснить:
Отменить сделку может только продавец
После окончания аукциона у покупателя есть 4 дня чтобы оплатить товар
После истечения этих 4_х дней у продавца есть 32 дня на то чтобы открыть диспут о неплатеже
В случае если он диспут открывает у покупателя будет 4 дня чтобы таки оплатить товар, соотв если 32 дня прошло и все тихо про продавца можно забыть.
Может кому будет полезна добытая информация. Поиском не нашел ничего на форуме.
