Как отказаться от покупки в Hammacher и вернуть деньги?

Подскажите если кто покупал здесь http://www.hammacher.com/ как отказаться от покупки и вернуть деньги?

Деньги в холде из-за этого магазина. Не понимаю зачем они меня уже третий раз в письме просят указать номер банка моего, я им написал, а они опять, надоело с ними уже всё выяснять. Вот последнее письмо:
